Oven Baked Whole Chicken With Cripsy Skin



I don’t know about you but unless my baked chicken has crispy skin, I don’t want it. I mean, who wants to eat flabby chicken skin. Yuck!
If you give blessing with me, then listed below is the best oven baked whole chicken recipe with exceptionally crisp skin. This recipe is for a 4 pound whole chicken.
There are four important steps we will be taking in order to get this recipe right.
• The chicken will cook at a higher heat than usual. 475 degrees F.
• We will poke holes in the skin of the chicken and coat it with a piquancy / corn force mix. This will help the skin to become pleasant and crispy.
• The chicken will be cooked on a V - rack so that it doesn’t sit in it’s own juices.
• We will be turning the chicken on three sides while it’s cooking.
Here is a list of the items you will need for the Oven Baked Whole Chicken
1. Roasting Pan
3. Aluminum foil
4. Heavy Duty Tongs
Ingredients:
1. One 4 pound Whole Chicken with giblets removed
2. 2 teaspoons Corn Starch
3. 2 teaspoons Salt
4. Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Line the inside of your Roasting Pan with foil, coming up the sides of the pan.
Adjust your oven structure to the middle position.
Put the Roasting Pan in the oven and heat the oven to 475 degrees F
Spray the V - framework with Cooking Souse and set aside
Combine the Corn Verve and Piquancy in a small bowl.
Use a Fork or Skiver to poke holes in the Chicken Skin
Rub the Corn Drive / Spice brew over the chicken
